Horizon Home (HH) is a residence primarily dedicated to giving young adults who have “aged-out” of the foster care system a safe and healthy place to grow into adulthood.  We accomplish this  by providing Spiritual, Psychological, Social and Structural Empowerment through a variety of programs delivered through a residential setting.

The Phased In Project is a transitional living program for emancipated foster youth. The goal of the PI project is to assist these young adults in learning basic life skills that will prepare them for independent living.

The Christian Community Development Association (CCDA) is a network of Christians committed to seeing people and communities holistically restored. We believe that God wants to restore us not only to right relationship with Himself but also with our own true selves, our families and our communities. Not just spiritually, but emotionally, physically, economically, and socially. Not by offering mercy alone, but by undergirding mercy with justice.

Urban Entry is designed to generate conversation that leads to action around a variety of what have been considered “urban” issues: poverty, race relations, justice, etc. Urban Entry is a series of individually-packaged DVDs. Each 15 minute DVD addresses a particular issue.
